How to become Incompetent employee.

1. Listen to your team lead.
2. Analyze carefully all the possible scenarios in the project.
3. Create a sample data that will/may have possible impact to project.
4. Wait for the call of other superior that may understand your #3 findings.
5. Talk to your team lead.
6. Don't charge your overtime work, 'coz this might be use against to you in the future.
7. If something went wrong, expect your team lead to put the blame on you…

How to become a team lead.
1. Accept what ever is given to you.
2. If you’re not familiar with the environment your handling let your subordinates handle it. And do other things to enjoy your time.
3. Talk to people involve in the project.
4. Watch your subordinates while their working and always ask their progress while you’re doing other things (watch movies/playing/eating/etc.) and wait for their progress.
5. If something went wrong, don’t blame your self because its not your fault. You’re just following #1.
6. always ask your subordinates progress and pressure them in their deadlines.
